DATUK MOHD KHAIRUL NIZAM BIN ABD KADIR

Datuk Mohd Khairul Nizam is a founding partner of MKNR and has 20 years standing in legal practice. He specialises in structuring, drafting and negotiating development contracts, advising clients in relation to Property & Conveyancing, Islamic Banking & Finance, Landlord & Tenant, Trust & Estates, Probate, general Corporate Banking & Commercial, as well as on Intellectual Property. He is also appointed as the Member Board of Director for Melaka ICT Sdn Bhd and Lembaga Perumahan Melaka (LPM) which both are leading and established local agencies in Melaka.
Prior to establishing the firm, Datuk Mohd Khairul Nizam was a founding partner at Ermiey Nizam & Ho and was central to the development and success of its conveyancing, property and commercial department.

Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya since 21st June 2001.

EN SHARIZAL BIN KUSIN
En Sharizal is a partner based at the firm’s Johor branch. At MKNR, he predominantly involved in litigation matters at all levels of the Malaysian Courts up to the Appeal Court. He is well equipped to deal with injunctions, interim reliefs, shareholder disputes, construction, land and trust matters as well as industrial relations.
Prior to forming MKNR, he had stints at Messrs Shahanuddin & Ranjit and MessrsErmiey Nizam & Ho.

CIK ALIA SYAFIQAH BINTI HAMIR HAMZAH
Cik Alia Syafiqah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) in the year 2019. She was then admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 10.9.2020. She continued as a legal assistant with Messrs MK Nizam Rizal & Partners and presently attached in Conveyancing Practice Department.
